Bag is okay but the zipper is darker than the one in the picture and authentic gucci bags that I compared it to. I reached out to customer service but they didn’t really resolve anything even though i sent pictures and videos of my bag. They said that that’s the color it’s suppose to be. The zipper on authentic and in the pictures is a bronze color. The zipper on the bag that I have is dark gray and they’re are specs of bronze which made me think it he zipper should have been lighter. This comment will probably get deleted. I realized a comment was deleted regarding another bag saying the stitching was off (Louis Vuitton bum bag)
