Strap issue, poor communication, bag don’t look like pucture

Received the item. It looks less shinny then the picture… They gave me a different strap, the shorter strap. I was not happy because I could have order this same bag at a different website, but I choose this website because the picture looked nice. It disappointed me to get the shorter strap. I have emailed aaa to attempt to get a new strap ship to me or give me a partial refund. Is been at least two weeks now and no responses. The communication was very very poor. Makes me not want to order from this website again. Aaa still owe me money for out of stock items worth 740 USA. Have not heard from them either about that…
