I ordered the Chanel Flap Bag in black with the gold chain. What I received was the beige caviar bag. While it is a beautiful bag it's not what I ordered. After several emails requesting that it be remedied, it has yet to be resolved. If I wanted beige I would have ordered beige. I wanted black. Unless this is sorted out I will not order anything else from them.
