I wish the shoulder strap hooks were on opposite sides versus on the same side…
This way basically makes the strap useless.
thankfully, I don’t use it so this bag works for me.

Pay attention to the size when buying, I definitely did not expect to get a Barbie size bag for $225. if I could return it, I would, but they don’t accept returns because I don’t like the bag or the size
