Overall the bag is beautiful and Zou was great to work with. I would not hesitate to purchase from AAA again. The item came quickly and was well packaged. In general most people would not be able to distinguish this bag from the genuine one. It's beautiful quality overall. The only real "issue" is the top edge of the bag arches up slightly, when it should be flat/level. It was the first thing I noticed when I took the bag out of the box and it does bother me some. .But, as I said, it's not super noticeable and nobody but a real OnTheGo fan would notice.
it was a smooth ordering process. delivery was quick and efficient. the bag is gorgeous. quality is amazing. sturdy handles (I always carry alot in my bag) and great replica overall. completely in love with my bag and definitely highly recommend!
